hello Turtlerock folk

I've got a pair of Opal Event monitors here. One of which is only outputing really low level distorted signal. Customer tells me that sometimes you can give it a good bump and it comes good. Probably just dry solder or loose connector.

Service manual? Circuit diagram?

Send it to Rode, their service department is second to none and will probably repair it free of charge. They did mine which included replacing both woofers with the updated drivers.

I agree with Myles. Get in touch with the service folks at Rode. They are awesome.

Off topic to the Opal but Rode were very easy to deal with when needed the Rode Classic MK 1 psu schematic to change it from 110 to 240v. Happy to give out the info so I echo what the others said, hit them up for the info!
