prefab acoustic treatment

It's been a while since I've last looked at this and am setting up a new room in Wellington and feel like orefab stuff might have gotten cheaper than buying autex (no tontine or martini over here) or mucking about with rockwool + building panels.
I remember RPG being the go to but can't find a supplier over here (still looking). Can get Vicoustic.
Can diy too, but
