They are UNBALANCED, with RCA sockets on the hidden side of the rack.. Jacks on the front.

PB-32H is the model. 1RU, 32 sockets on the front.

Not in great condition.. these have been given a real workout..

$20 for them both.

Pickup in Sydney.. (Coogee area, or Pyrmonts [where I work] )
