It's time for a change for me from recording full time - so have a beautiful space that will need someone to take over or look after.

I'm open either sub leasing the space empty or with gear, sharing the space, or selling the fit out with the lease.

Hey all,

I'm having positive response here, so I'm committing to the idea of a fit out sell with the buyer taking over the lease (which still has 3+3yr lease holders option on it)

The lease I hold has 3 functioning music studio spaces (one without a live room) - the 2 that I don't use have had constant sub-leases on them from the get go. The one I do use is the main space which is currently the Def Wolf studio.

Still open to chatting with those not looking at investing in a fit out, and just in need of a space.
