Room for rent at Sunshine Recorder

It's a large room, with high ceilings and great acoustics (designed by Dave Flett)
Dimensions: (I'll measure this tomorrow if I remember)
No commitments, just rent paid first week of the month and that's it, month by month. No exit notice, just open communication is all I ask. Similarly, I can't guarantee the future availability of this room. At minimum we're talking 10 months, but there's the possibility that would be extended. It would best suit someone who wishes to setup a professional mixdown / mastering / post room. It can accommodate overdubs and vocals, but should not be considered a room for tracking
Rent is $220 per week and includes:
- GST
- Water, Electricity
- Wireless Internet
