I'm a long time lurker here but I have something to flog so here I am.

Yami SS30 classic string synth - $600 - Has a few scrapes but works A-OK (not quite ready to part with it but let me know if you're interested and want to threaten me with cash)
Yami CP35 electric piano (analogue) - $400 - The bad thing is, it doesn't sound like a real Rhodes or Wurly. The good thing is, it doesn't sound like a real Rhodes or Wurly - but pulls it off (IMO) and goes way further. Does synthy 5ths and octaves with decay control, tremolo & flanger. Also has some clav and harpsichord type sounds. Fully anaolgue. Can get percussive too. I luv it (but takes up a lot of room). See above for selling status.
Um, what else...
Maybe a Rheem Kee Bass - $400 - my little sub excurts way too far with this thing. It really goes looow.
Maybe Roland Juno 60 with Minerva mod - ex cond $1500 if/when I'm ready to sell - if you want it, please register your interest and I'll mull it over
Maybe Roland JX10 with Colin Fraser OS (better MIDI spec) & PG800 and case (as above - not quite ready to part)

Juno and JX10 sound interesting ... do tell.

Yeah, they're things of beauty.

Just love both of them. Luv the JU60 for it's simplicity and 'that' chorus. It just sounds wonderful to me. Always liked them.

And the JX10, well, with strings like velvet, I've not heard its equal in that regard. Massive bass too. I consider the slow envelopes to be a signature feature - ideal for slow, evolving and layered pads. The chase-play feature (simple midi delay) can add some real dimension with layered patches. It sounds fricken amazing in quad-surround too. One synth engine for the front, one for the rear, whack on chase play, ya get the picture. My one's almost mint too. Yeah, it's a very nice synth sonically and aesthetically - to me.

Just having a tug-of-war in my little synth studio at the moment. I'm going thru a little-analogue-box stage and have moved the big stuff out (for now). Really enjoying the space. Errr... it's the vibe of it. I'm not going to get rid of the Rolands until I've sampled the living daylights out of them first. I've made a start but I'm playing with my little toys right now (mono expanders and perc synths, no polys).

I happen to be driving up to Sydanee for a family shinding in a fortnight (on/around April 27). We'll be in Lilyfield.

Time would be tight for a hook-up, but do-able.

It's all working perfectly except for the hum.

That's a really fair price on a Sys101.

I'd be interested in that PC-2, but only if it was about half that price (especially with the missing battery cover) - let me know if you're negotiable.

No, I won't be letting it go for half-price.

I'll add a post here if I decide to reconsider prices or get negotiable down the track.
