Whats the best place to buy a cheap upright Piano?

My parents used to have a Beale Piano which we literally gave away.
Hopefully there's a place for unwanted old pianos? And/Or cheap ones?

Best place is Gumtree or eBay - you're looking for someone who is moving out of a house that had a piano in it and they just want it gone. (Also see deceased estate sales)

Some amazing bargains can be had this way... but sadly, also some turkeys. The way to win at this game is to have someone who knows pianos go with you.
