I'm having a bit of a clear out and I probably should get rid of this beast. I think it's worth more in parts (some of the chips are pretty rare), but before I do that I thought I'd see if anyone here is interested. For interstaters, I'd be happy to gut it and send you everything but the case (unless you wanted the whole thing... but the case is rough, and big and heavy).
I bought this guy in a poor state, and ALMOST coaxed it back to life. I have had the 'ensemble' section working fine - I swapped around some ICs and found a dodgy one, so I've lived without the 'percussive' section. Here's some previous discussion viewtopic.php?f=7&t=6544&p=55398&hilit=lambda#p55398
I've kept this machine because every time I fire it up - wow, that Chorus preset, and those strings! But the super star is the "Chorus Phase" - really, it's just gorgeous.
Which actually makes me think... how hard would it be just to rip that board out and turn it into a standalone processor? Hmmm, maybe that's what I should do.
Anyway, just thought I'd put it out there and see if anyone was interested (Mike I'll give you first go at it if you're interested?) Oh should mention that I'm always amenable to interesting trades.

Thanks for the kind offer Wez, but I'll kindly decline.
FWIW I love the Lambda.. It is a joy to play and always puts a smile on my face. It's also got a great top to park a bunch of drum machines on!
I would be all over yours if I didn't already have one!
