For Sale: SmartAV Elite 48 Mixing Console

Hi All,

Am selling my SmartAV Elite 48 Mixing Console as I no longer run my recording/mixing studio, console is in excellent condition is fully functioning and has recently been serviced.

Features Include:
*44 Channel Optical ARC (slide finger across arc to bring channels to view on 8x faders) with 3 banks. Total of 144 Channels.
*All encoders and faders on channel strip + Panning Joystick move with read+write automation.
*Fully control all sends, returns, groups, plugins, mix stems etc.
*Complete DAW control (Cubase, Nuendo, Pyramix, Logic, Pro Tools(HUIOnly).
*Hot-Swappable modules, ability to move console sections around to your own custom feel.
*Amazing machinery of all parts and built like a tank with a cool Alien vibe.
*Full post panel with over 300 programmable actions inc solid rotary/jog wheel.
*Scribble Strip.
*Fully upgradable software/firmware, easy to self-service and replace any parts.

History:
I purchased this console in early 2009 to learn how to mix without being tied to a mouse and keyboard in the digital realm. I found mixing on this console is a spiritual experience, everything just flows and you find yourself lost in the experience without being distracted by staring at a screen continuously. it has been designed by Mike Stavrou (http://www.mixingwithyourmind.com) who I consider to be a brilliant old school engineer who has an amazing portfolio of work. I was lucky enough to receive lessons on with this console and soon started to believe only an Alien could invent something so ahead of its time such as this.
I’d love to see this go to a good home, I am no longer in the mixing business but need to raise some funds for further study in a similar field.

Included:
*Console + All modules, cables etc
*Console Computer (basic core 2 duo desktop PC setup and fully configured for the buyer to host the interface software and Ethernet), you can also run it directly from your DAW but can be fiddly on multiple monitor configurations so best with a console PC.
*Documentation and software to help you get started.
*1x Pair SIFAM VU Meters with fantastic ballistics.

Price + Pickup/Delivery:
I will consider all offers and am very flexible with delivery or pickup options.
I have included a copy of the invoice from purchase to demonstrate that this is a serious piece of gear, being a specialised item it is hard to sell so i guess my loss financially is anyone's gain.

Condition
The console is in excellent condition, there are a few minor cosmetic scratches on the chassis from where it has been mounted into a desk but all other surfaces are as new.
The only maintenance i found during service was a LED cover (50cent worth) that is being replaced this week as it was slightly cloudy and am adding including a console computer to make it easier for the purchaser (as i just plug it into my DAW).
