Hey Andy,

I would try mouser.com. They are cheap and have a decent range available.

To get the best prices, choose the country as "Australia" (naturally) but select US dollars from the little drop down menu. Mouser do a cheeky little thing where you can choose AUD and get free shipping if you spend over $200... or USD and pay $30 shipping regardless of the order price...

From my experience, it is always cheaper to pay USD and the $30 shipping.

X-on.com.au have the exact same inventory as mouser.
(I think they just order from them)

$15 postage.

I have had good experiences with X-on. They are slow though. 2 weeks to receive an order, probably because they repackage mouser orders before sending them on to the customer. Using the USD price with mouser will quickly offset any shipping costs. $0.65US a capacitor instead of $0.87AUD kind of thing.

True dat.

I guess it also depends on how much & what you are buying.
