Jands Production Services Pty Ltd (JPS), Australia’s largest professional audio rental company, is seeking an Audio Equipment Coordinator to join our warehouse team. Located in Mascot, this is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual looking for a professional audio career.
As part of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for the coordination of the equipment within your section to meet ongoing company deadlines. This is a very hands-on role involving the preparation and testing of professional audio equipment.
Key responsibilities will include:
liaising with other departments and team members
ensuring the timely preparation and dispatch of rental equipment
monitoring rental returns and investigating discrepancies
control and maintenance of rental inventory in accordance with company guidelines and documentation systems
Previous experience with professional audio equipment is desirable.
The successful applicant will have: basic computer skills (email and an understanding of database usage); excellent communications and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; ability to respond positively in a fast-paced environment.
