Thanks TimS - that is inspirational.
No Neve, no 1176: hmm, there's something in that for all of us.
There is a separate question as to why there are so many talented musicians stuck out on the streets busking for a living. Talent and success are not mutually exclusive, but they're also a ling way from being coincident.

you know i heard about this on the radio a few months ago
it doesn't seem to state it on the website
but the guy behind it is some multigrammy winning producer/engineer
apparently he was walking out of some impossible corporate meeting about doing lion king 7 or some such thing and he stopped in the street to hear the first busker
this is what how music should be really heard by the masses he says to himself......

Yes Chris - absolutely.
We all love cool gear and toys, but they dont MAKE the music - hands and hearts do..

awesome... I've tried doing a few things sort of like this in the past and the amount of work, logistics and cleverness required is pretty impressive on the technical/production side.
