So many synths for sale at the moment on ebay. madness.
A stack of 101's ... a Polymoog, Minimoog, A few weird ones like that Korg Delta and the Crumar and that poor Octave Cat with it's missing underside.
I think I picked a bad time to sell my PolySix.. lol.

Yeah, this really f@#k'n sucks for me especially, as you know I'm wanting to sell a 101 in the very near future.
None for an eternity, so I'm thinking that someone in Aus that really wants one would make it, A) easier for me to sell and B) be more likely for me to get a good price on mine, and then whaddya know fifty-zillion at once, and what is one at like $350 at the moment?! - so why does this suck for me?, well I paid over double that for mine only late last year!!

Hi there,
A buddy of mine has that Minimoog on Ebay.
I can vouch for him 100% if anyone is thinking about it.

It's The Post Christmas Credit Card Binge Comedown.
Myself, I see so many nice bits at the moment but all my money is committed
for the present. I don't have a credit card, but I don't have any (disposable) money
at the moment!

I've somehow managed to avoid a credit card.
I'm selling a few medium things, but only to buy one BIG thing... I'm rather excited.

Mike

I know exactly where you're coming from, I just got a new job too and my bank account's getting pretty low right now.

And that would be?
On another note, Devilfish 303 just up on eBay too, my god it's the synth selloff of the year! - albeit at inflated eBay prices, naturally ;)

Now that would be telling, but when I get it, I'll post a pic or two..
When I get it, you will however, all bow before it, and it's awesome awesomeness. ;]

I can't believe the polysix went for $1625.. that like double what they normally sell for..

Well, it did have a road case & Midi.. and unlike most, it works perfectly. ;]
I always get pissed off when I see the stupid prices 303's got for.. sure, they are a one trick pony, but that Beast modded 303 went for $4k+.. Sure, it was an awesome job, but frigging hell.. thats a lot of dedication to the acid sound [Farty blip squelch sound] that was big about 10+ years ago!

I'd love and EMS or 2600.. but.
As we generally jam out a song, old synths with a nice interface are the go.. I think a modular would slow us down.
I'm getting a big old poly that had a 200% failure rate when it came out. lol.

Neither, but I don't want to jinx it... so until it's in my hot little hands, I'll keep it hush.

Is the 2600 in Aus? I've never seen one in Aus before, they mustn't have sent very many here to begin with.

Got to be a non-plus memorymoog, horrible relibility apparently... or maybe a Rev 1 Prophet~5?
Anyway, be sure to post some pics here when it arrives ;)

Sheeesh...
Well the deals pretty much settled..
MemoryMoog +
So, maybe I was exagerating on the failure rate.. but it wasn't a good failure rate. Others might be able to quote figures, but it pretty much killed moog IIRC.

You get a minijack to Speakon adapter * (Very handy) for the memorymoog guess.
* - Stereo male minijack wired to 4 pole male Speakon connector

Hi there,
Hybrid 88... I see you are from Launceston...the first ARP 2600 I ever played was owned by a guy in Taroona !
The ARP that is currently for sale is in Bris..at a price of $8k !
(I don't know the seller..but can find out if you are interested)
Futureman..congrats on the Memory Moog..I've played a couple..they are really nice !
In fact I sold one to a guy in 1985 when I was working @Allans Music in Melb.
LAMM upgrade def seems the way to go if it doesn't have it.

the LAMM mod would be good, but mines a MM+ , so at least it's got budget MIDI.
I've heard the LAMM mod cost's a fortune, so, maybe one day later.
