Mine cost $2,800 USD from Vintage King a couple of years ago when the AUD was well above parity.

Do you know what version it's running ?
And are offers like $1750 appropriate?
Cheers

There was a chap about 12 months ago on Angus' facebook group that sold a 224x for $2200 or so.

The 224 & 224x used the lexicon 224 remote (often wrongly called the LARC).
The 224xl came standard with the LARC (hence the extra L) - the same LARC that works with the 300L & 480L.

In fact lexicon released the LR-4 mainframe link for that exact reason. So that you could run up to 4 224XL/300L/480L from the one remote. I would suggest that the LARC adds a hundred bucks to the price tag over the 224x.

I have the rom images for version 8.2.1 if anyone needs them (and a rom burner...). 8.1A is the earliest software revision for the 224xl, 8.2.1 is the latest.

Sounds like a good price all round. Who was the lucky soul?
